1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Big Estate, you certify that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms. Use of the platform for deceptive, illegal, or harassing purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

2In-App Wallet & Credits

Big Estate operates on a hybrid model of monthly subscriptions and variable usage credits.

Financial Terms

Purchasing: Credits are purchased in INR via our integrated payment gateway. 1 Credit = ₹1.
Consumption: Credits are deducted in real-time for AI Call minutes, WhatsApp conversation sessions, and custom AI voice training.
Expiration: Credits stored in your wallet do not expire as long as your Enterprise Pro subscription remains active.
Refunds: All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Indian consumer law.

3User Responsibilities & Regulatory Compliance

As a professional user of AI Calling and WhatsApp automation, you agree to the following:

TRAI & DND Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the leads you contact through Big Estate have provided explicit consent. You must respect the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry in India.
Content Integrity: You may not use the AI Agent blueprints to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property.
Integration Rights: You must have administrative rights to any Meta Ads or Google Ads accounts you link to the Campaign Centre.

4API Limitations & Third-Party Services

Big Estate provides an orchestration layer between various third-party APIs (Meta Graph API, Google Ads API, ElevenLabs, etc.).

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
Changes in the pricing or terms of Meta or Google may result in adjustments to Big Estate’s functionality or credit consumption rates.

5Limitation of Liability

"TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIG ESTATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR THE CONDUCT OF AI AGENTS TRAINED BY THE USER."

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana or New Delhi.

7Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the platform dashboard or the email associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
