Big Estate ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS platform, including the Campaign Centre, Lead Centre, AI Calling, and WhatsApp Centre.
1Data Collection
We collect personal and business data to provide and improve our services. The collection happens via direct input, automated tracking, and third-party integrations:
- Account Information: We collect names, business emails, phone numbers, and company details during the registration process to establish your professional profile.
- Integration Data (Meta & Google): When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads via OAuth, we access campaign IDs, performance metrics (clicks, spend, impressions), and lead form data. We adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- WhatsApp Business Data: We access message metadata and conversation history to provide centralized inbox functionality and automated workflow triggers.
- Voice & Audio Intelligence: For the AI Calling module, we process text-to-speech data. If you use our "Premium Clone" feature, we collect and store voice samples to create a unique neural model for your brand.
- Payment Information: Financial transactions are handled securely by Razorpay. Big Estate does not store full credit card or bank account details on our servers.
2Use of Your Information
We use the data collected for high-standard professional purposes, including:
- Ecosystem Synchronization: Linking your ad spend in Campaign Centre to your closures in Lead Centre to calculate real-time ROI.
- AI Outreach: Powering AI agents to conduct multilingual qualification calls and WhatsApp nurturing based on the "Project Brain" knowledge you provide.
- Server-Side Learning: Sending conversion signals back to Meta and Google APIs to optimize your ad algorithm performance.
- Wallet Management: Tracking credit consumption for AI minutes and WhatsApp conversation fees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all communications adhere to TRAI (India) and TCPA guidelines regarding DND registries and consent.
3Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations
To provide a seamless experience, we share data only with high-standard, vetted service providers. We do not sell your data to third-party brokers.

4Data Deletion & Retention
Meta & Google Compliance Notice
In accordance with Meta Platform Term 4.b, we provide clear instructions for data deletion. You may disconnect your external accounts at any time.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations to revoke API access instantly.
- To request permanent deletion of all platform data, email support@bigestate.io.
- Data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request, unless legal retention is required.
5Security Measures
We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. All third-party integrations use secure OAuth 2.0 protocols, meaning Big Estate never sees or stores your Facebook or Google passwords.
